Join us for New Zealand’s March for Life

It’s just six days until the second National March for Life in Wellington… will you join us?

The lives of our precious pre-born children – both now and into the future – are in even more grave danger with the Labour government’s plans to make abortion “health care”, ensuring access is even easier than it already is.

“Health care” is really a horrendous euphemism for abortion-on-demand, an anything goes mentality, equating the violent dismemberment and poisoning of living human beings with the choice to have an elective medical procedure.

We know too that abortion harms women physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually.  Fathers regret their lost fatherhood, siblings and the wider family unit are also affected by abortion.

Saint Pope John Paul II explains in Evangelium Vitae that the first step in the cultural transformation needed so that “life” flourishes “consists in forming consciences with regard to the incomparable and inviolable worth of every human life.” (#96)

The March for Life is one of the many ways we can alert people to the dignity of every human person from the very first moment of existence – fertilization.  By marching for life in great numbers we are able to show the country that pre-born human life does matter and is worth protecting.  We can show the country that we love both mother and baby and convey a message of hope – that no situation is so difficult that a life must be violently ended.

Please, join the team at Family Life International NZ along with groups like Family First, Voice for Life, Right to Life and individuals from throughout New Zealand this coming Saturday and be a voice for the voiceless!

We look forward to seeing you in Wellington – 2pm at Civic Square.

If you are not able to join us in Wellington for the March for Life, please consider joining the Rosary Crusade at 3pm.  More details can be found on the Rosary Crusade website.  The Holy Rosary is a weapon in this great battle for life and souls, as it is Mary who will crush the serpent’s head).  We will pray the rosary on Parliament Grounds at the conclusion of the March for Life speeches.  This will be at approximately 4:15pm.  Please gather on the right hand side of the grassed area at the end of the flag poles.

Together we can make a difference and save lives!
