Development Administrator
Based in Auckland. 30 hours per week.
A broad administration and donor development role in Auckland with a competitive salary depending on experience.
Your new employer
Your new employer is a well-established, active and successful charity looking for a Development Administrator to join them in bringing about change for good in people’s lives.
Your new role
You will be involved in relationship building with our Friends for Life, developing the fundraising capabilities of the organisation and upkeep of the database. Every day is different and the work is fast-paced and wide-ranging. You will be working independently within a very small team but will be an absolutely necessary cog in the machine.
What you’ll need to succeed
First of all, you will LOVE being an administrator and take great pride in your work, be self-motivated with a sense of humour and be willing to uphold the mission of Family Life International. You will have an impressive ability to network, relate to our Friends for Life and work as a valued member of the team. You will be highly IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft and donor database applications (we use E-Tapestry). You will be well organised, a multi-tasker, attentive and accurate with your work and be able to demonstrate experience of working to deadlines at a fast pace. You will have excellent written and spoken English in order to accurately proofread and enable the completion of documents to a high standard.
